SUPPORT TERMS
A donation allows you to benefit from a tax deduction (valid for 5 years):
– 66% of the amount of your donation to the Septentrion Environnement association can be deducted from your income tax.
The ceiling of the deduction is 20% of your taxable income.
– 75% of the amount of your donation to the Septentrion Environnement association can be deducted from your IFI.
The ceiling of the deduction is 50 000 €.
The accounts of the association are controlled and certified by an auditor.
RESPECT OF YOUR PRIVATE LIFE
The data communicated is necessary to Septentrion Environnement (responsible for processing) for the taking into account and the treatment of your donation. They will also be essential to send you your tax receipt and for canvassing purposes. The legal basis for the processing is the execution of the donation contract (as a unilateral contract). According to the applicable regulations in force regarding data protection, and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 and the amended Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, legitimate grounds for deletion, limitation and opposition to the processing of your data. You also have the right to portability of your data and the right to give instructions on the fate of your data in case of death.
